Terms of Use

Draft, not yet legally reviewed — see the notice below.

Digital products

Courses, PDFs, and other digital products sold on this site are for personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, resell, or redistribute purchased content.

Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Grow. Refund terms are not finalized — this needs a real decision and real legal review before launch, particularly because EU consumers generally have a legal right to a 14-day cooling-off period on digital purchases unless they explicitly waive it before accessing the content. Getting this specific point wrong is a common, real compliance risk for digital-goods sellers — don't skip the review.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Access to purchased courses is tied to your account and is not transferable.

Intellectual property

All course content, articles, and video are the property of Eyal Kless. Purchasing a course grants you a license to access and use it personally — it does not transfer ownership or copyright.

Liability

This site and its content are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Eyal Kless is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or its products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.

This page is a draft, not legal advice.

It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. The refund-policy section above specifically needs a real decision and real legal review before any product is actually sold — EU digital-goods refund rules have real compliance teeth.
